About the Role

Reporting to the Network Franchise Lead, the Administration Coordinator has an important role in assisting with the coordination and administration of the Honda networks agreements, including Motorcycle, Power Equipment, Marine, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), Australia Post repairers, race teams and other third parties, whilst working within the legal frameworks of franchise and dealer agreements.

This is a Permanent Full-Time Opportunity!  

 

How you’ll make an impact

  • Support annual updates of Franchise Disclosure Document.
  • Prepare and review legal agreements and documentation, for new and existing dealers.
  • Liaise with and provide updates to applicants, existing dealers and field staff.
  • Understanding of all dealer agreement clauses including the ability to answer enquiries from existing and potential dealers.
  • Liaise with external Legal bodies to clarify understanding of agreements and application documentation.
  • Preparing and sending correspondence to dealers.

Desired Skills and Experience

What you’ll bring to Honda

  • Prior experience in Franchise Administration required, with exposure to and understanding of applicable legal frameworks.
  • High standards of accuracy and record keeping skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels including strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer skills with a ability in the operation of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word and Outlook.
